Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in IT support. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring their systems are functioning properly.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Assist with software installations and upgrades.
Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Provide training and support to users on software applications.

Skills and Qualifications

Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers).
Understanding of common software applications (Microsoft Office, antivirus software).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
