We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to develop their technical skills and provide support to our users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring that our team members have the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Assist in setting up new equipment and ensuring proper functionality before deployment.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware components and peripherals setup and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
