Desktop Engineer

Job Description:

A role that involves providing technical support for IT infrastructure, including desktop/laptop preparation. This role requires experience with troubleshooting and resolving Hardware issues.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Desktop management
• Printer Installation & configuration
• Window Operating System Installation & configuration
• Antivirus installation & management and Software installation & configuration
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
• Troubleshoot hardware related issues
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and Internet issues
