- Tech platform knowledge is appreciated
- Great attitude and communication skills to effectively present designs, experience visions and
- other deliverables to clients and stakeholders.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- As a Senior UX Designer, you are a mid-senior level practitioner who can independently contribute to
- projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You demonstrate growing mastery
- in your craft and the ability to influence design outcomes.
- You will lead specific tasks or smaller project modules, facilitate discussions, and present design
- concepts. Apply design thinking methods to deliver solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Formal design education & portfolio is mandatory along with 5+ years of experience
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Strong work ethic and client presentation skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree in design (mandatory) or higher from an accredited university
- (BDes, MDes) in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant UX design experience preferably in agency and consultancy
- environment
- Design portfolio with experience across responsive design and mobile apps is a must. Portfolio
- covering designing for AI in-built experiences is an added advantage.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
