Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Designer Sales Specialist. The Designer Sales Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their interior design needs, provide professional consultations, and recommend customized solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and presenting designs, managing customer interactions, maintaining relationships, and collaborating with the design team to ensure project success. The role requires meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience or knowledge in Interior Design, including Kitchen & Bath Design
• Sales skills to identify customer needs and drive successful conversions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in design tools or software is a plus
• Relevant experience in interior design or sales is preferred but not mandatory
• A passion for home interiors and design innovation
