Scope:
- Develop and design complex components and assemblies in the interior area from concept to series production.
- Interpret designs of components and assemblies with focus on function, manufacturability, and feasibility within the overall system.
- Independently create components and joining techniques in CAD, considering requirements.
Main Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge in developing interior components.
- Very good understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Knowledge of tools and development processes used by common OEMs.
Main Soft Skills
- Analytical thinking and quality awareness.
- Good communication skills in English or German, with teamwork and customer interaction.

- Coordinate scopes independently with internal and external stakeholders across all relevant interfaces.
