The Role
We're looking for a designer with strong fundamentals and a sharp visual eye, someone who leads with great static design but also understands motion. If you care about aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling and are curious about AI workflows, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Design high-quality static visuals across digital platforms (social & campaigns)
Develop layouts, brand assets, and creative concepts with a strong aesthetic point of view
Create simple motion graphics & animations when needed
Use AI tools to support ideation, generate concepts, and improve workflows
Collaborate with content teams to bring ideas to life
Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual identity
Stay updated on design trends, internet culture, and emerging tools
Who We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in visual design + motion graphics
Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work (AI-assisted work is a big plus)
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Working knowledge of AI creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar)
A strong sense of typography, color, layout, and composition is a must
Ability to think conceptually, not just execute
Understanding of current design trends, especially in digital and social spaces
