Grip is building a new category of investment options for the new-age of Indian Investor.

Started in June20, Grip has seen 20% month-on-month growth to become one of Indias fastest growing destinations for alternative investments. Today, Grip offers multiple investment options providing 8-16% annual returns and 1-60 month tenures as the countrys only multi-asset alternative investment platform.

With a minimum investment size of INR 20,000, Grip is democratising investment options that have only been available to the largest funds and family offices.

Finance and technology (FinTech) is what we do, but people are at the core of our mission. From client-facing roles to technology, and everywhere in between, youll work alongside a diverse team who loves to solve problems, think creatively, and fly the plane as we continue to build it.

What Youll Do

• Develop visual content aligned with short-term and long-term content marketing
• Design visual content (Static creatives and Videos-Animated, Footage, Camera Shoot etc.) that is appropriate for our various audiences to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data
• Create and work on the Pre and post-production of video content for various content properties
• Maintain organized content files
• Keep a track of competitors and content trends
• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload

Your Superpowers

• Degree in graphic design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images and videos
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign)
• Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and learn new design practices and tools
