Scope:
- Develop and design complex components and assemblies in the exterior area from the initial concept to series readiness.
- Interpret designs of components and assemblies with regard to function, manufacturability, and feasibility within the overall system.
- Independently elaborate components and joining techniques in CAD, considering requirements.
Main Hard Skills
- Solid knowledge in developing exterior components
- Very good knowledge of different manufacturing processes and technologies
- Knowledge of tools and the development process of common OEMs
Main Soft Skills
- Analytical thinking and quality awareness
- Communication skills in English or German (good language skills, teamwork, customer interaction)
Challenge
- Coordinate scopes independently across all relevant interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
