Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Thinker / Product Development Engineer, based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves researching and analyzing user needs, conceptualizing and developing innovative products, and designing effective mechanical solutions. The individual will support product development from ideation to prototyping and manufacturing, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards for industry-specific sectors including transport, medical devices, and toys.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to approach problems methodically
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) to explore innovative solutions
• Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
• Expertise in Product Development and Product Design
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) is an advantage
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline
