Responsibilities: -

  • Techno-functional Leadership: Lead the techno functional discussions with prospective & existing clients to understand their needs, demonstrate our solutions and articulate the value proposition
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive sales enablement strategies that align with market's long-term goals
  • Solution Design- Collaborate with clients to design & propose customized solutions that address their business challenges, leveraging your techno functional understanding & industry knowledge
  • Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to develop & execute strategies to acquire new clients and expanding business with existing clients
  • Proposal Development- Contribute & lead creation of detailed proposals based on client requirements
  • Market Analysis: Conduct advanced market and competitive analysis to identify high impact opportunities, emerging trends and potential threats
  • Strategic Client Engagement- Take ownership of complex and strategic engagement with clients including our solution offerings, understanding their business challenges/objectives and recommending solutions that drive value for them
  • Demonstrating Value: Delivery high impact presentations, POCs, workshops & more as maybe needed
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, technology practices, to ensure cohesive & effective GTM strategies/proposals/ solutioning

Mandatory Technical skills: -

  • Strong technical background in US healthcare segment
  • Client Facing Skills – exceptional communication & Interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives & stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic approach to understanding & addressing client needs
  • Strong analytical and healthcare domain skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Experience in Agile application development methodology
  • Experience in product management / project management
  • Ability to understand architectures of cloud-based solutions at a high level
  • Understanding of key SDLC processes (Waterfall & Agile)
  • Strong critical reasoning & analytical thinking skills Ability to work / support US Sales team
  • Strong understanding of lifesciences and regulated healthcare terminology.
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, client engagement, requirements documentation and communication
  • Experience designing and creating wireframes for enterprise healthcare applications
  • Very good understanding of medical workflows, Imaging workflows, modalities & viewers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to have a point of view on emerging technologies like cloud, DevOps Basic knowledge of Databases Techno-functional background
