Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Lead who can lead and elevate the entire creative function at MAVIP across brand, campaigns, content, and experiences. This is a thinking + execution leadership role.

You will be responsible for building creative systems, and ensuring that every output - whether for MAVIP or our clients - is sharp, differentiated, and outcome-driven.

You will lead a multidisciplinary creative team while working closely with leadership, digital, research, and outreach teams.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Direction

  • Define and drive the creative vision across all MAVIP and client engagements
  • Translate GTM strategies into high-impact creative directions and narratives
  • Build campaign frameworks that are insight-led, not just visually appealing

End-to-End Creative Ownership

  • Oversee full-spectrum creative output:
  • Campaign concepts
  • Ad creatives
  • Brand identity systems
  • Video storytelling & scripting
  • UI/UX and digital experiences
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints digital, events, content, and media

Team Leadership & Buildout

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance creative team
  • Set clear quality benchmarks and review mechanisms
  • Build specialized pods across:
  • Design
  • Motion/video
  • Content
  • UI/UX

Campaign & Content Excellence

  • Drive ideation for integrated GTM campaigns (not isolated creatives)
  • Collaborate with:
  • Veritm (research insights creative narratives)
  • Catalyst (editorial + storytelling formats)
  • Thrrum (digital execution)
  • Ensure creative is tied to business outcomes leads, engagement, brand recall

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Work directly with clients to present and defend creative directions
  • Translate ambiguous briefs into clear creative outputs
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and execution

What We're Looking For

  • 812+ years in creative roles within agencies or marketing-led organizations
  • Proven experience in leading integrated campaigns (digital + content + brand)
  • Strong understanding of technology / B2B marketing is highly preferred
  • Ability to think in: Narratives, Campaign systems, Multi-channel storytelling
  • Hands-on capability in reviewing: Design, Video, UI/UX
  • Strong leadership traits: High ownership, Zero complacency, Attention to detail
  • Ability to push teams toward excellence
