Job Summary
As a Design Strategy Associate in the Global Private Bank Design team, you support strategic initiatives and daily operations. You foster collaboration across teams and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. You play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting leadership decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage daily operations, including schedules and meeting coordination.
  • Act as liaison between Head of Design and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and prepare insightful reports for leadership.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and integration across functions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Coordinate communications to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support project management and organizational initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, concise meeting content and documentation.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and dynamic environments.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within design or technology.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Create clear, concise meeting materials and reports.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
