Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Specialist, based in Gurugram with flexibility to work from home. The Design Specialist will focus on creating brand architecture, visual designs, developing graphics, and utilizing architectural concepts to bring projects/campaigns to life. Daily responsibilities include graphic design work, conducting detailed research to support creative solutions, and using design tools.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and creating visually impactful Graphics
• 3-4 years of mimimim experience in buidling brands.
• Knowledge or experience in integrating branding principles into design solutions
• Proficiency in Research to support design projects with data, insights, and fresh ideas
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
