Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project / Design Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of workplace design and build projects. This role requires a strong balance of design sensibility, project execution, and client management, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with M Moser's global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace projects from concept through completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate across internal teams (design, MEP, project management) and external consultants
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and documentation
Design Management
- Oversee design development from concept to construction documentation
- Ensure design intent is maintained through execution
- Review layouts, technical drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate closely with design teams to drive innovative and functional workplace solutions
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Lead client presentations, design reviews, and progress updates
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple project phases
Vendor & Consultant Coordination
- Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants (architects, MEP, PMCs)
- Drive procurement processes including BOQs, tendering, and negotiations
- Ensure quality and compliance during execution
Commercial & Risk Management
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support business growth through client engagement and repeat opportunities
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in workplace design, D&B, or project management
- Experience across design firms, PMC/IPC, or client-side roles preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate interiors and workplace strategy
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-location projects
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and project planning systems

Education Requirements

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credentials are an added advantage
