Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive healthcare, wellness systems, mental wellbeing, accountability systems, and sustainable lifestyle redesign.
We are not building just another food brand — our goal is to create scalable transformation systems that improve human performance, health outcomes, and long-term lifestyle behavior.
Currently, we are in the early building and validation stage:
- Forming our core leadership team
- Building pilot wellness and nutrition models
- Refining operational and transformation systems
- Onboarding consultants and industry experts
- Preparing for scalable execution in the wellness and functional nutrition space
Role Overview
The Design Officer will be responsible for building and shaping the complete creative and visual ecosystem of Kefilo. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and design across multiple domains including branding, UI/UX, social media, packaging, presentations, digital experiences, and product visualization.
This is a high-ownership role for individuals who want to build meaningful systems from the ground up and contribute towards the long-term creative direction of the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Visual Identity
- Build and maintain Kefilo's complete visual identity
- Develop premium and futuristic wellness-focused branding systems
- Create scalable brand guidelines and visual standards
Creative & Marketing Design
- Design social media creatives, marketing assets, advertisements, and campaigns
- Create high-quality presentations, brochures, pitch decks, and promotional materials
- Develop visual storytelling systems for digital and offline communication
Product & Experience Design
- Work on packaging concepts and wellness product visualization
- Support UI/UX design for digital wellness platforms when required
- Design transformation-focused user experiences and creative systems
AI & Innovation Driven Design
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools and modern design systems for rapid execution
- Explore innovative visual concepts and futuristic design approaches
- Translate wellness and transformation ideas into scalable visual experiences
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with founders, marketers, nutrition experts, and operational teams
- Convert concepts and ideas into high-quality creative outputs
- Contribute towards long-term creative innovation and brand evolution
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong multidisciplinary design capability
- Experience in branding, visual storytelling, and creative execution
- Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of UI/UX, social media design, and digital experiences
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Passion for wellness, healthcare, transformation, or lifestyle industries is preferred

Selection Process
- Multiple discussion rounds to evaluate alignment, execution capability, and long-term vision
- Short NDA-based collaboration phase
- Final onboarding with Co-Founding agreement until funding and Pvt Ltd registration
