We are looking for a Design Manager (Fashion Communication background preferred) with 34 years

of agency experience in brand development and graphic systems.

This role operates at a critical intersection serving as the strategic bridge between client vision

and internal execution. You will translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives and

scalable brand ecosystems.

This is an opportunity for someone ready to move beyond pure execution and step into influence,

ownership, and creative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Decode client intent and business objectives into a sharp creative direction

Translate briefs into structured, scalable visual systems

Develop and evolve brand identities across digital platforms

Shape visual languages not just individual layouts

Lead projects end-to-end with clarity, ownership, and accountability

Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, content, tech, and production teams

Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints

Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients

Required Skills & Experience

34 years of agency experience in brand design / graphic systems

Background in Fashion Communication preferred

Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and brand architecture

Experience building scalable digital brand systems

Ability to think strategically while executing with precision

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
