Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Design Manager. The Design Manager will oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand guidelines and project goals. Responsibilities include leading design teams, setting design standards, reviewing work, providing feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. Additional responsibilities include fostering creativity and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Leadership, Team Management, and Project Coordination
• Proficiency in Design Software, UX/UI Design, and Graphic Design
• Strong skills in Problem-Solving, Creative Thinking, and Attention to Detail
• Understanding of Branding Concepts, Market Trends, and Consumer Psychology
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Prior experience in a managerial design role is preferred
• Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to challenges
