Design Manager

Job Description:

Lead coordination between architecture, structural, and MEP teams.
. Develop and oversee concept, schematic, and detailed designs.
. Ensure integration of structural and MEP systems within architectural designs.
. Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and authorities for design approvals.
. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and man-hours for profitability.
. Ensure timely and quality delivery of design drawings.
. Submit quarterly performance reports of design teams.
. Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to design staff.
. Ensure compliance with green building and authority regulations.
. Supervise design implementation on-site when needed.

Requirements to Apply
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools.
. Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools.
. Strong knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination.
. Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.
. Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.
. Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed.
