Role Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Menswear Design Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative and commercially strong collections.

Experience Required: 10+ years in Menswear Design

Role level- Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of seasonal menswear collections.

Conduct trend research, market analysis, and competitor study.

Develop concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and garment silhouettes.

Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.

Oversee fabric and trim selection, sample development, and fit approvals.

Guide and mentor junior designers while managing the design process.

Ensure collections align with brand identity and market trends.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of menswear silhouettes, fabrics, and garment construction.

Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD design tools.

Excellent creative, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
