Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Head, based in the Jaipur and Pali, Rajasthan. The Design Head will oversee and manage design processes, ensuring the alignment of design work with project goals. Responsibilities include overlooking the designing with design consultant, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and delivering innovative and practical design solutions. Additional duties include managing the development of visual, product, branding, and interior design projects, ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs.

Qualifications

• M.Tech. / M.E(Transportation/Highway/PHE)
• B.Tech. in civil engineering
• Min. 15 years of relevant work experience having min. 3 years in a similar urban development project. Should have been in a similar role for at least three industrial area / external development projects of min. value of Rs. 186 Crore
• Expertise in Design Management with a strong ability to oversee and integrate design processes.
• Skills in Visual Design and Product Design, with a focus on creating innovative and functional outcomes.
• Proficiency in Branding and Interior Design to execute and align designs with project goals and brand identity.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to lead a design team effectively.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges with creative solutions.
