Job Description

Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on fit-out projects.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience in managing and contributing to fit-out projects of varying scales and complexities.
- Excellent design skills, including proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or other 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
