Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM standards, processes, and protocols across all projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to company and client standards. Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality checks using BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant platforms.
- Support the design and engineering teams by developing BIM templates, libraries, and workflows to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to facilitate data exchange and model integration.
- Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to BIM coordinators, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure that BIM deliverables are prepared and submitted in accordance with client and project requirements.
- Stay updated on new BIM technologies, software developments, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Manage the documentation and version control of BIM models and related project data.
Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in BIM management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM coordination tools.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, AIA E202, and other industry frameworks.
- Experience with project collaboration platforms such as BIM 360, ACC, or similar is an advantage.
