Job Description

Lead the design and development of civil, architectural, and structural systems for AI data centers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design requirements with project objectives.
Review and approve technical drawings, models, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in all design activities.
Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to monitor project progress and resolve design-related challenges.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team throughout the design and construction phases.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee the implementation of design elements and ensure quality control.
Prepare and present design reports, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Design Lead - Civil, Architectural & Structural (AI Data Centers) should have:

A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven expertise in civil, architectural, and structural design for data centers or similar projects.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the role.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Experience working within the Technology & Telecoms industry is preferred.
A collaborative approach to teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
