Job Title: Design Head Fire & Life Safety
Reporting To: President
Industry: Fire & Safety / MEP Consulting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Design & Engineering for Fire Protection systems in line with NFPA standards.
- Review and release design drawings, technical submittals, and as-built drawings within timelines.
- Provide technical support to Projects, Site Engineers, and Presales teams.
- Ensure design compliance, quality control, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular design reviews, MIS reporting, and team trainings.
- Drive process improvements, SOPs, and continuous technical upskilling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1015 years of experience in Fire Industry, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in NFPA codes, BIM/Revit, Sprinklers & Hydrant systems.
- Preferred background from Fire Industry / MEP Consultancy.
