Job Description

  • Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for civil works in EPC projects.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
  • Coordinate with civil design teams to validate quantities and optimize designs for cost efficiency.
  • Perform quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and develop BOQs.
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimation phase.
  • Support bid strategy, pricing, and technical submissions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, project management, and finance teams for accurate budgeting.
  • Maintain estimation databases, cost benchmarks, and historical data.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and company procedures.
