Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed structural steel models using Tekla Structures software.
Prepare fabrication drawings, shop drawings, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and erection drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
Apply relevant industry standards and best practices to maintain quality and efficiency.
Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in Tekla Structures and stay updated with industry trends.

Skills & Experience

Strong working knowledge of Tekla Structures software.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in steel detailing.
Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in preparing detailed shop and fabrication drawings for steel structures.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to structural steel detailing.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve design issues efficiently.

Requirements

Diploma or B.E. / B. Tech in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures is mandatory.
Good understanding of steel detailing practices, fabrication processes, and applicable industry standards.
