Technical Skills-Knowledge of TOC and Lean Concepts

-Knowledge of Time Study, MTM, MOST study -Knowledge of Industry ILO Stand ard -Exposure to Ergonomics and Safety standards

-Knowledge to develop flexible or integrated manufacturing system and procedure

-Knowledge of Industrial facilities and process assessment -Design and Conduct Work content estimation

-Understanding of key operational concepts: inventory, supply chain management, manufacturing Tool Skills :-Excel, Access, MS Office -MOST / MODAPTS / GSPAS/APT

-Time study software -MS Project (Added advantage) -AutoCAD (Added advantage) Job Responsibilities: -Works wit h Project team and site management team regarding operational performance and reports findings/recommendations to CFT team

-Provid e support as necessary for STD Work, 5s, TPM, JIT, and Mistake Proofing -Carryout time study and line balancing for work estimatio n sheet

-Process improvement opportunity to reduce throughput time -Innovate, implement, and manage cost reduction, quality, saf ety, and ergonomic improvement ideas of moderate scope -Improves production flow and presentation -Monitor, compile, and report Key Performance Initiative(s) (KPI)

-Carryout Work content estimation and Work Simplification initiatives -Leads analysis, devel opment and implementation of new operations processes and technology as part of Continuous Improvement Program

-Analyse and commen t on improvement in everyday assignments including: Line Balancing, PFEP, Value Stream
