- Modelling, Detailing and Documentation: Design of Mechanical/HVAC systems (2D & 3D)

QC:
- Follow the HVAC project QC checklist.
- Implement QC standards across the HVAC projects.
- Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all projects.
Client Coordination:
- Daily or weekly status calls with the client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.
- Capture and analyze the clients requirements.
- Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead.
Responsibilities:
- This role will have no direct reporting associates.
- Responsible for the overall performance of HVAC tasks (as assigned by the project lead).
- Responsible for the overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks).
- Responsible for delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations.
- Modelling, detailing, documentation, and design and calculation of HVAC.
Skillset:
Technical: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, Navisworks, and Trane Trace
Domain:
- Knowledge of USA HVAC standards.
- Working knowledge of USA projects is a must.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Design knowledge of HVAC systems is a must.
- Design work experience in commercial buildings, residential buildings, sports facilities, stadiums, sports buildings, office buildings, hospital buildings, and mixed-use buildings.
Qualification:B. Tech/M. Tech (Mechanical)
Experience:6+ years working on CAD and BIM platforms with 3+ years as a Design Engineer or Sr. Design Engineer (Mechanical).
