This is a full-time, on-site position for a Design Engineer located in Rajkot. The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing designs for precision gears and related components. Key responsibilities include developing mechanical designs, performing CAD modeling and simulations, collaborating with the engineering team on product development, and ensuring designs meet technical and quality standards. The role demands attention to detail, innovation, and adherence to manufacturing protocols.

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design to create efficient and innovative solutions for precision gear production
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering to ensure technical accuracy and functionality of designs
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to develop precise models and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field of Engineering
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards is an advantage
