Education : Diploma/ BE in Electrical
Job Summary:
Responsible for designing electrical panels (PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD) and preparing all required drawings for production and client approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in LT/HT panels or automation panels
- Prepare GA (General Arrangement), SLD (Single Line Diagram), and wiring drawings
- Develop panel layouts and schematicsas per project requirements
- Coordinate with estimation team for technical inputs during costing
- Prepare fabrication and wiring drawingsfor production
- Ensure drawings comply with client specifications and standards
- Support production team for technical clarification during execution
- Update and maintain as-built drawingsafter project completion
- Assist in client approvals and design modifications
- Maintain drawing records and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD panel design
- Expertise in AutoCAD / Electrical CAD software
- Understanding of electrical components (ACB, MCCB, PLC, relays, drives)
- Ability to read and create SLD, GA, and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of busbar sizing, cable selection, and panel layout
Key Expectations:
- Accurate and error-free drawings
- Timely submission of designs for approval
- Strong coordination with Estimation, Production, and QA teams
- Minimum design revisions and rework
