Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer based in Vadodara. The Design Engineer will be responsible for drafting and developing mechanical and electrical designs, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and creating innovative product designs. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of high-performance and cost-effective products while optimizing designs for manufacturing and compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design principles
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals
- Experience in utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to develop detailed designs and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the machine tool or engineering sector is an added advantage
