- Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- BE in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Skills / Knowledge
The proposed Site Surveyor shall possess the following skills and competencies:
- Site surveying, including taking measurements for scaffolding works
- Levelling, alignment, and measurement
- Preparation of civil drawing based on survey data
- Coordination with site engineers, consultants, and design team during final site survey
- Preparation of Scheme drawing, detailed design drawings and calculations
- Development of shop drawings
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, Sketchup, 3D MAX or other relevant tools
- Coordination with site engineers, surveyors, Architects, consultants, and project management teams.
- Review and compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards
- Design optimization and value engineering, where ever applicable.

- Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field or on construction sites.
- Able to communicate in Hindi.
- Product / Design Exposure
- Experience in exterior products / designs, including but not limited to:
- Façade systems
- ACP sheets
- HPL
- Fundermax
- Other exterior and interior components.
