Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Quality Check on Design Prints from each and every aspect.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and performance of proposed designs.
  • Ensure compliance with client General and Regional standards, regulations, and best practices in client telecom design.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to define design objectives and specifications.
  • Provide Feedback to the Designers on Errors.
  • Support Manager on plans to Improve the Quality of Designers.
  • Keep Organised Data of files that has been through Quality Check.
  • Keep Compliance with Pearce Database for Project Milestone Dates

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise in handling various job types such as ASE, F1, FTTP, and IFP, adhering to client standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ARAMIS-DT, a valuable tool for efficient project management and quality assurance within projects.
  • In-depth familiarity with portals, including APEX, IMAGINE, MIC, XNG, and NOVA, AOTX, USH, LFACS, CEOOT
  • A thorough understanding/experience in the Outside Plant telecom industry, public right-of-way, private easements, existing utilities such as water, sewer, electric, gas, and other underground and aerial utilities.
  • Experience in FTTX (G-PON) designing and Knowledge on Reading Copper Networks and understanding of Copper Terminology.
  • A good understanding on the Requirement on Permits and Jurisdiction Requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate with overseas team.
  • Proven experience in AT&T FTTH/ BAU.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience in BAU/FTTH on AT&T Design Engineering Projects.
