- Preparing design, tendering & estimation of electrical projects residential & Commercial projects (Fit outs & Interiors).
- Interact with client, attaining pre bid meetings & negotiation meeting.
- Evaluating tender documents , drawing & schedules
- Making pre-qualification documents, both standard as well as project specific questionnaires.
- Updated the project in accordance to the client requirement, verified the project milestone and other specification provided.
- Studies of tender drawing
- Handled and prepared a list of all indirect costs that were incurred in the project such as the manpower, temporary facilities and other running expenses.
- Understand operation and develop strategies to reduce overall cost.
- Follow up/ receiving quotations and making price comparison.
- Reconciliation, prepared project report and submitted them to concerned authorities within prescribed time.
- Negotiate with suppliers, price forecasting.
