Design Engineer

Open Position: Design Engineer PEB Industry

Location: Chennai & Kochi, India

Join our growing team and play a key role in shaping world-class steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Project Information Forms (PIF) and proposal drawings for accuracy and completeness.

Perform structural analysis and design of PEBs in compliance with international codes (AISC/BS, AISI, MBMA, IBC, etc.).

Design building components to meet stress, stability, and serviceability requirements.

Resolve detailing issues and coordinate with Customer Service for project clarifications.

Collaborate with Municipality Engineers, Consultants, and Clients for approvals.

Plan, track, and report design progress as per project deadlines.

Ensure workplace safety and adherence to HSE guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in PEB design.

Proficiency in STAAD. Pro; knowledge of MBS, AutoCAD, and Idea Statica is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of steel structure design and American building codes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
