Job description
We are looking for a Design Engineer-Mechanical to join our fast-growing team at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd Yamunanagar, Haryana. This position offers room for exponential growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be Team player
- Will be acting as an individual contributor for design of state-of-the-art mechanical presses
- Will do calculations/Excel calculations/Calculations by programming related to strength of material & machine design
- Will do Selection of bought out items based on technical specification/product catalogue
- Will interact with project department for any clarification required & interact with customers during the drawing approval stage
- Will Take part in troubleshooting, full proofing & failure analysis
Qualification & Skills:
- 7-14 years of experience in machine design/strength of material knowledge must. Like design of shafts/flywheel/bearings/gears/structures etc
- Must have excellent knowledge about excel.
- Must have hands on experience of AutoCAD & solid works. Should be able to make preliminary layout.
- Good to have knowledge in Fabrication drawing/Machining drawing/Heat treatments
- Must be well versed in GD & T
- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering throughout> 60 % marks or Equivalent.
