Design Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design components and subsystems for industrial applications, applying engineering principles.
• Follow NPD (New Product Development) and VAVE processes.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks, Inventor, or NX.
• Develop/update Bill of Materials (BOM) based on design changes.
• Define boundary conditions and perform FEA analysis using Ansys.
• Perform engineering calculations to solve mechanical problems and analyze results.
• Interpret simulation/analysis results and recommend design improvements.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders for design reviews.
• Document and communicate designs, adhering to quality standards and timelines.
• Apply continuous improvement principles within the quality framework.
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks.
