Design Engineer

1. Follow the SOP for the Design and Conversion.

2. Maintain data for repeated mistakes and take corrective action.

3. Collaborate with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and accurate.

4. Customize modular furniture systems as per client specifications or site measurements.

5. Before proceeding for the drawings, the following points to be considered.

i) Product Client is looking for.

ii) Colour shade for fabric Wood and designs.

iii) Any deviation from the standard module considers the same as customised.

6. Prepare drawings and post it in the ERP Software.

7. Check all the revisions according to the requirement of Client / Dealer in coordination with the project co-ordinator.

8. Ensure all records are maintained for revisions.

9. Ensure conversion drawings are given to the production / planning team as per SOP.

1.Create 3D models and detailed technical drawings using IMOS CAD software.

1.Prepare cutting lists, drilling plans, and hardware configurations for CNC machines.

1.Maintain design libraries and ensure adherence to standard templates, materials, and construction techniques.

1.Export data for CNC programming, edge banding, and other machine operations.

1.Conduct revisions and updates to existing designs based on feedback or site changes.

1.Assist in creating Bill of Materials (BoM), nesting plans, and shop drawings.
