We are Hiring For Design Engineer
- Trenchless Technology Expertise:
- Direct, hands-on experience in the design and engineering of both Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Microtunneling projects.
- Strong ability to create, interpret, and modify crossing profiles and as-built drawings.
- Engineering Principles:
- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Materials (SOM), and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Foundational understanding of Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer.
- Engineering Calculations and Analysis:
- Proficiency in performing specific calculations for HDD pipeline pulling loads and stress analysis.
- Experience with structural design calculations for both structural components and reinforced concrete (RCC) structures.
- Standards and Compliance:
- Expertise in applying oil and gas pipeline standards, specifically ASME B31.4/31.8, and API standards.
- Familiarity with ISO and ASTM standards as they relate to Microtunneling projects.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D design.
- Competent in using SolidWorks for 3D modeling.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for calculations, Word for reports, and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Technical Documentation and Communication:
- Proven ability to create clear and detailed job procedures and methodologies.
- Experience developing Bills of Materials (BoMs) for RCC structures and other equipment.
- Capacity to prepare and deliver effective presentations (PPTs) for project meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Project Management & Lifecycle:
- Experience managing and controlling all project documents and data from start to finish.
- An understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and material specification to providing on-site support and finalizing as-built documentation.
- Other Essential Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
- Proven capacity for effective team collaboration.
