Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Structural Design Engineer for an on-site role located in Gurugram. The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural drawings and calculations to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. The role includes collaborating with architects, project managers, and other engineering teams to create safe and efficient structural solutions. The candidate will also oversee design modifications, assess material specifications, and provide technical expertise during project execution and construction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Design, including experience with tools like STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and ETABS
• Strong understanding of engineering principles related to load calculations, material properties, and structural stability
• Experience in Construction Management and knowledge of building codes and standards
• Ability to review and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings
• Project Management and team collaboration skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus
• Professional certification such as PE, SE, or equivalent is preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in real estate or large-scale development projects is advantageous
