Job Description
- Design Engineer - Electrical
Key Responsibilities
- - Experience in basic and detailed design engineering of Electrical works.
- - Knowledge of basic system design & SLD preparation, switch yards design, High voltage / medium voltage transformers, high / medium / low voltage switchboards and layout of all electrical equipment, Voltage Dip & Voltage Drop calculations, Battery & Battery Charger Calculation,Relay Co-Ordination, lighting design, cable sizing and routing, earthing & lightning protection system, fault protection, hazardous area classifications, HAZOP
- - Review of technical documents received from technology partners and Vendor
- - Evaluation Vender technical offers
- - Preparation of BOQ with specification.
Qualifications
- - BE / B Tech Electrical with 4 - 7 years of experience in design/design review
- - Proficient in using various Indian design codes and standards.
- - Should be innovative and able to adopt cost effective / cost saving design.
- - Experience of working in EPC / consultancy organization.
- - Experience in water/wastewater treatment sector preferred.
