Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complete execution of rooftop solar projects for C&I customers from planning to
handover.
• Coordinate site assessments, system design finalization, and customer approvals.
• Develop detailed project plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and track performance to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with liaison partners for net metering and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and technical standards are maintained.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and complete project handover documentation.
• Lead and manage site engineers, vendors, and project teams effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in C&I solar projects covering planning, execution, commissioning,
and handover.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in C&I solar power projects.
