Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support engineering projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for design documentation, product support, and adherence to engineering standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support design engineering projects independently.
- Collaborate with design and product engineers across teams.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide design support for existing production parts and products.
- Follow design and drafting standards and best practices.
- Work from engineering instructions, drawings, procedures, and sketches.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Creo 4 and Windchill.
- Experience in Sheet Metal, Assembly, and Drawing modules (Illustrate is a plus).
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles and best practices.
- Experience with Top-Down Design approach.
- Experience in Tubing Design and ETO (Engineer-to-Order) projects.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is an advantage.
- Good drawing reading skills and knowledge of dimensioning standards.
- Knowledge of GD&T principles and application.
