Design Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a candidate with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, based in Coimbatore. The role involves designing, drafting, and developing mechanical components using AutoCAD. Key responsibilities also include performing nesting in cutting files for sheet metal fabrication and engaging in other project-based technical tasks. The candidate will collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in nesting and working with software for sheet metal fabrication
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Experience in working with manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus
