We are seeking a Design & Development Engineer to join our innovative engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in design engineering, focusing on the development of new products and improvement of existing designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative engineering solutions for various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to support design decisions.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure they meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product design.
- Maintain documentation related to design processes and product development stages.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
- Experience with simulation and modeling tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
