What will you do

  • Own and maintain global building and workplace strategy and design guidelines (WPS, We3, Min-Kits, Furniture Standards & Ergo, Base Building Design Criteria, Residential Guidelines).
  • Lead updates, training, and compliance reviews for project managers.
  • Supervise workplace test fits and ensure global design alignment.
  • Oversee project cost estimates and support option evaluations aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Support strategic master planning and business case development through scenario modeling and analysis.
  • Conduct design reviews, Gate deck pre-checks, Independent Project Reviews (IPRs), and Technical Reviews.
  • Lead workplace effectiveness surveys and analyze attendance data to calculate Mobility Ratios.
  • Support design and functional readiness for major ventures.
  • Assist with commissioning and QA/QC using technical expertise in building systems.
  • Steward EMCAPS and OIMS 3.1 systems, including guideline maintenance and training.
  • Lead Workplace Change Management and maintain associated guidelines and training.
  • Maintain and promote the Lessons Learned library for project teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure global consistency and provide support to project teams.
  • Analyze industry trends and strategic intelligence to recommend improvements in real estate, workplace, and project management practices.

About you

  • An education and work history background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Architecture or Construction Management preferred
  • Professional registration / accreditation in Engineering or Architecture preferred
  • Project management experience with building or civil construction required Experience gained across multiple countries and regions in Commericial and/or Industrial settings preferred
  • Technical design / management experience from a role preferred (i.e. design engineer / architect)
  • Commissioning / quality assurance experience on projects from concept to completion preferred
  • Oil and gas industry / Energy sector work experience preferred
  • 10 to 15 years work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills preferred
