Design Associate

, an on-demand ESG Research firm based in The Netherlands, is seeking a talented and driven Design Associate with 1+ year of experience to join our growing team.

The will play a critical role in creating visually compelling graphics and drive engagement thus helping elevate SustainoMetric's brand, increase market presence, and drive client engagement in the ESG research space.

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and infographics.

• Design and structure corporate decks, pitch presentations, and reports with a professional and aesthetic layout

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design visually compelling presentations for meetings, events, and campaigns.

• Develop and design content for web pages ensuring alignment with brand tone and SEO best practices.

• Create and manage original content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage the creation of visual content (images, videos, reels) for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

• Create engaging content for digital channels, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, and paid advertisements.

• Ensure all content aligns with the company's overall brand strategy, tone, and style.

• Maintain and update the visual assets library and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• 1+ year of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar role, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, or professional services sectors.

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software.

• Understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing strategies.

• Creative, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
