Design Associate - Interior Design | Delhi NCR | Full-time | Work from Office
This is a senior, execution-led interior design role for someone who wants real ownership, not cosmetic responsibility. You will lead multiple projects end-to-end, guide junior designers, take site-level decisions, and act as a reliable extension of the Founder.
If you are looking for a drawing-heavy, comfort-zone design role, this is not it.
What You Will Do
- Lead 34 interior architecture projects simultaneously across design development, procurement, and execution.
- Own timelines, coordination, and delivery quality.
- Review drawings, 3Ds, and SketchUp outputs from junior designers.
- Ensure alignment with:
- A strong India-modern design language.
- Practical construction feasibility.
- Budget and timeline constraints.
- Guide and mentor junior designers on design thinking, materials, and detailing.
- Handle day-to-day client communication.
- Take confident on-site decisions.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors on samples, quality, pricing, and timelines.

Who This Role Is For
- 4+ years of interior architecture experience.
- Strong residential project exposure.
- Clear understanding of construction, detailing, and execution.
- Comfortable handling contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to guide others on design decisions.
*Tip - Freelancing or independent project ownership is a strong plus.
