Design Architect

Vijay Raheja & Associates is urgently looking for a Design Architect.

Education : B. Arch (Mandatory) / M. Arch (Preferred)

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience with architectural design firms or developers in Mumbai, preferably on residential and commercial projects.

Role : We are seeking a Design Architect to contribute to the design and execution of our architectural projects. You will work closely with senior architect and management to develop creative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

This role offers hands-on exposure across all phases of a projectfrom initial planning to final construction, in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

Develop architectural designs

Prepare detailed working drawings

Assist senior architects and project managers with project planning and development.

Research materials, building codes, and regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress.

Support the creation of presentations and client proposals.

Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is must.

Experience of working on SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
